Workplace Reps
Workplace reps play a vital role in creating a fair, safe and supportive working environment for everyone.
They are the first point of contact for colleagues, helping to ensure staff feel heard, valued and represented.
Reps share information, raise concerns, and work with school leadership to promote good practice and positive working conditions.
They don’t need to be experts — just approachable, trusted members of the team who care about their workplace.
Their contribution is essential in strengthening our collective voice and making sure every member has the support they need to thrive.
