Our Mission

At Dorset NEU, we are committed to supporting educators across all levels—including schools, colleges, nurseries, and PRUs.

We strive to elevate educational standards and ensure every educator has the tools and support they need to succeed.

Meet the Dorset NEU Committee

The dedicated team of volunteers on the committee, composed of a diverse group of educators from various educational settings and esteemed retired members, embodies the spirit of hard work and commitment within the NEU.

Together, they tirelessly advocate for the rights and welfare of their colleagues, drawing on their collective experience to address the unique challenges faced by educators in Dorset today.

Their collaborative efforts not only enhance professional development opportunities but also foster a supportive community, ensuring that the voices of all members, both active and retired, are heard and valued in the pursuit of a more fair and equitable educational landscape.
